Rated 5 out of 5 by from Some real sound in small places! I got this for Fathers Day and was doubtful about liking it. I thought it was too small but I had to pretend to love it. After firing it up I could not believe the sound that was coming from such a small place. It does not offer the bass that some speakers have. Never mind, I love it and would recommend it to anyone! My only wish is that it had buttons to skip track forward and back on the speaker.

What you are experiencing is not normal. Please try using a different USB charging cable and plug it in at an alternate power source to determine where the problem is. I noticed that you are in Serbia. If the issue persists, please contact the store where it was purchased and they should be able to assist you or at least guide you to those who can.

Please make sure that the JBL GO is in pairing mode. Press the Bluetooth button on the GO to initiate pairing mode. Turn ON the Bluetooth of your iPhone and look for the GO on the phone's Bluetooth pairing list. Once connected, play music and enjoy. If you are still having issues, please contact the store where you purchased it from and they will able to help. If this was a direct purchase from us, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

Hello, if I have the speaker connected via the 3.5mm AUX port and not bluetooth, can I still use it as a handsfree speaker when making calls?

Asked by: Steve M
The JBL GO does not support a third party device like a microphone over Bluetooth or wired connection. So no, a microphone will not work with the JBL GO.

Hello, we recently bought JBL Go to extend the sound of the tablet alarm (when we receive order, tablet alarms)- the problem is when there is no tablet alarm for some time, JBL GO turns off- goes into sleep mode. Is there anything I can do to prevent it?

Asked by: Piotr Kosman
What you are referring to is the power saving feature included on most of our products. Unfortunately, we cannot disable this feature. It is auto sensing and will turn off if no audio signal is detected for approximately 10 minutes.
