Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Speaker at the price point I purchased this speaker for my son to use with his ipod in his bedroom, the setup and connection was very easy, and to say it is loud enough would be an understatement, Its a great product for the cost

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it. Still I think this little speaker is a best buy. Compact size, quality materials, the sound is (of course not the best) far good enough. Cheap. Fast delivery. If I know this, I get a bigger one! :-D. My girlfriend love it. Working with everything easily (phones, PC, laptop)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sound for the money and the size! I bought this speaker with a 30 % discount thinking it wasn't that good because it was discounted. I was so wrong. I am currently using the speaker to listen to music while me and my wife are in the kitchen and when we go out in the sea garden. It makes a party of every event. The sound is loud and clear and battery life is excellent too! Everyone should have one in his laptop bag.

I bought a 2-pack of these speakers at Sam's Club, expecting to be able to play them as a stereo pair with my Lenovo E540 laptop. Is that not possible? I am only able to pair one of the speakers with my laptop at a time. Any help?

Asked by: TStarr
Unfortunately, no. The JBL GO does not have the JBL CONNECT feature which allows it to be paired together and produce stereo sound. You can connect 2 JBL GO's together hard-wired using a aux-splitter cable but it will only produce mono audio output.

Is it loud enough in a church for congregation of 30 people.

Asked by: Oyemoa
Hi Thank you for your question The JBL Go is too small to play in a church for 30 people. I would choose a JBL Charge, Xtreme or BoomBox for this kind of assembly. if you have further questions, please feel free to contact our help-desk. have a nice day.

Thank you for the inquiry. An auxiliary cable would be required. Connect the auxiliary cable to the speaker and the source device. Best Regards.

The red LED is continuously on with or without external power source. Buttons have no effect on it. The speaker is now usable. Is there a way to reset it?

Asked by: SteveP
I also have the exact same problem. I cannot power the unit down, connect it to anything or do anything :( There is just a solid red light and everything else is non responsive.

Hello, my JBL GO turns itself off when I'm playing to music occasionally. When I re-open it I can listen more like 2-3 mins, then it goes off again. I'm sure it's not because of the low battery, because it happens while I'm charging it as well. Anyone?

Asked by: Kiddbora
hello, please turn the volume uop significantly and let the Go play for a while. It could be the volume is too low and then the Go will be shut down to save energy. br, Rob
