Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for marathons! I was lucky enough to win a pair of these from a drawing at the 2016 Chicago Marathon. I had a pair of Monster bluetooth headphones but found myself using a corded pair of Bose headphones instead. Since receiving my prize, I have been using these constantly during training. They are especially secure even when wearing sunglasses. The battery power is great and I like the updates about the battery level as I am using it. It also retains a good amount of power after it has been charged. The sound is great for bluetooth earphones and handles different genres well. My friends like the look and feel of them but sadly, they don't seem to be available in Canada. Hopefully that will change soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent sound, stay in place I'm very satisfied with these. I bought them few months ago and I really love them. I use them for metal music so I appreciate the balanced sound of these. Not too much base which I prefer, clear highs. Strong middles. I can hear almost every detail of track. The sound is just great. Earphones stay in place I can move however I want.They isolate ambient sound well. Regarding the construction they seem to be solid. The cable is long enought. I use them for running, outdoor walking and at home. About BT connection sometimes they loose the signal. But they can play even through the wall when I use them at home. The battery life is good. I can tell that they last for 6 hours. The reflect cable is good I like the design of these earphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and battery last a long time. I bought these to use while working out in the gym. They are comfortable and stay in your ear even when running. The battery will last about three weeks between charges. The Bluetooth connects right away. Great headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features. Bought them a couple weeks ago and have been super pleased. They don't feel to bulky, stay in ears very well, pretty decent bottom end, good solid mix of mids and highs. Only thing I've come across is they can almost block out noise so well that when you walk/run it can somewhat thump in your ears, I've since changed to the smaller ear buds so that should help. Overall very satisfied so far.

I can't get the microphone to work. I connected them to my mac, it's recognised as a sound input but there is no signal coming.

I do apologize for the inconvenience but what you are experiencing is normal and it can be explained. The REFLECT CONTOUR utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most laptops. There are two different Bluetooth protocols, one for Headset Audio used for talking on the telephone, and the other for high quality stereo audio listening. Being that the (product) is a speaker; your computer must connect to the REFLECT CONTOUR using the Stereo Audio protocol. When using your Mac, go to System Preferences and then to Sounds and Input. You will see Internal Microphone and the Reflect Contour. Make sure to choose the Reflect Contour Microphone.

a little after a month of purchase they wont power up, and wont take a charge.. i have tried different chargers and cables but no joy. any recommendations?

i'm just wanting to khnow about, Output impedance &amp; sensitivity parameters that there are not in specs for this product, these are important parameters. thanks

Because this is a wireless, active headphone, they present no load to any source device. A sensitivity specification is irrelevant since they are fully active with a built in amplifier and speakers. Unfortunately, there is no specification that would present us with how much energy received from an external source is converted into audio energy, like what is used for our wired models.

My headset suddenly disconnected and I've tried to reconnect again, it won't connect to my phone. I try to connect to other device in pair mode and notice the led is purple (blue &amp; red led glow at the same time) and can't find the headset signal.

Mic is not working in my laptop (Windows 10) and Mobile Motorola G4 Plus (Android device). Is there any additional settings to be done for the mic to work even OK Google command is not working. Can it be a defect in the headphone or additional settings.

There is no setting that needs to be done with the earphone. Once it has been connected to your device, it should automatically work. However, there are certain settings for the OK Google command to work. You might want to contact Google for further instructions on how to enable this. Furthermore, please make sure that your laptop aux jack has the 3rd prong for an external microphone to work. Please contact your laptop&rsquo;s manufacturer to check this. If this doesn't help, please submit a request at www.jbl.com/contactus and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist you.

My earphones won't turn on. I bought and used them last week. When I was using it at the gym I was warned it was turning off and no light appeared when I put to charge and there was no connection with my phone either.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps in order to resolve this issue. -Try using a different Micro USB cable to check if this is a charger issue. -Try using a different power source (Electrical Outlet or USB Port of a Computer) to charge the unit.
