i have also not been able to get it to pair to my apple watch series 2. the same happens for me in that it is searching and searching but they never pair. was anyone successful?? I hate to have to buy new headphones.

I have the same issue. The Apple Watch Serie 2 found my JBL Reflect Mini BT, however it can't pair. My headphone is not connected to any device when I tryied it. I can connect others bt device to my apple watch normally.

Just bought these headphones and the sound keeps cutting in and out

We have some suggestions if you want to enjoy the best performance from your Bluetooth devices. 1. Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open in your smartphone or tablet, this may block or overtax its processor. Dropouts may result. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem. 2. Bluetooth signals from smartphones and tablets are not very strong. Make sure that the signal does not have to pass through doors, walls etc. Always maintain a clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver. 3. Do not carry your smartphone in your pocket, if you have dropouts. Your body can act as a screen, reducing the strength of the Bluetooth signal. Put the phone on a table or other surface. 4. Do not walk around while listening. If the transmitter and the receiver are moved in relation to each other, dropouts occur more frequently. 5. Under normal circumstances, you can expect a range of 5 meters with no problems, if you follow the above advice. In some instances range is longer, but we cannot promise this. How can I change what the action of a double-click does, its annoying to have it call the last person I called when I accidentally try to increase or decrease the volume and my finger misses. I have an iphone 7, anything else but call the last person!

This is exactly what I wanted as well. Why would you want to bind the key to recall the previous call? Standard for other headphones (both moderately cheap and expensive) is to skip forward or backwards with double or triple tap and even skip along the song if lasts press is held.

I just bought a samsung galazy s6 and now whenever I try to pair it, it won't let me pair it. I tried searching but my phone couldn't find the bluetooth search for the JBL earphones

If the headphones were paired to your previous phone, then the unit BT has to be reset to be able to make a connection with your new phone. Follow the steps to establish a connection to your headphones. 1. Reset the unit, while it is off press and hold the power button for 10 - 15 seconds to erase BT memory. 2. Once the unit turns on it will be on pairing mode. 3. Turn the BT on your smart phone and search for BT headphones. 4. Once it shows on the list, tap on the name and once it pairs use it as normal. Hello - I really like these headphones but I lost one of the "horned" ear tips and I have not been able to find any 3rd party replacements that fit. Most of them fit the Reflect model but not the Reflect Mini. Does JBL sell them or another vendor? Thx
