Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works and sounds amazing! So far so good, they work as advertised, and sound amazing. Only drawback is that they aren't very loud, but this technology is still fairly new and I'm sure the volume will be able to increase with newer generation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound! I bought 3 pairs of these and we are all very impressed with them. I agree with some reviews that at the first "pairing" the left ear cut-out a few times, but I'm hoping that after the 2nd or 3rd pairing this is no longer an issue. It happened particularly with Pandora and hoping that it was my settings under "Cell Network Audio Quality" which was clicked on. It does say that "Music will sound better, but may skip more often". Hopefully this is the issue. I haven't yet tried with other apps and/or call features. Overall, they are very comfortable and much more sound blocking than any earbuds that I have worn before. The buds cover your whole ear and I think that helps some with blocking outside noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive! I have owned these for 1-week now and find them AMAZING! Easy connectivity. Very comfortable and much more sound blocking than any earbuds that I have worn. I disagree with some of the reviews that I have read. The first "pairing" the left ear cut-out a few times, but after the 2nd or 3rd pairing this is no longer an issue. I believe what they are referring to is listening to music the way that it was intended to be heard with "great separation" unlike a Dolby surround home theater with 5-8 speakers where you don't hear the full separation. The volume is plenty load as I mowed my yard with them yesterday and not only did they block the mower noise, but sounded great also! the magnets in the charging dock "click in" to the charging pod to give you 4 - 4 hour charges or 16 hours of non-stop music. I an very impressed with these truly wireless Bluetooth earbuds!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple to use and decent sound quality Overall, I am happy with the purchase. The right earbud synchs with my iphone quickly after it is removed from the case. If you wait ~ 5 seconds before removing the left earbud also synchs without issue. The single button control is fairly intuitive. The only downside I have experienced is interference problems around other electrical equipment. They are almost unusable when using my battery powered lawn mower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from satisfied! bought a set off these earbuds and they worked great. ended up having a issue with the right piece not charging contacted customer service and they had me a replacement set up in less than 10 minutes. don't believe all the negative hype sometimes. huge fan of JBL products.

Charging case doesn't hold right ear bud, it doesn't hold if firmly, it's loose like if the magnet that holds it, doesn't work anymore . Is it a problem with the charging case?

When making a telephone call, is the call heard in both ears or just the right?

Do the blue light rings stay lit when being used? I don't want light coming from my ears.

That is thing of future. Just get used to it. There is no turning back now. Our ears will lit like new year's Eve. You are lucky that you have blue light. My friend has green LEDs, and that looks really funny. I suggest you that you find winter jacket with blue LEDs to match with your buds.

I will play a voice call in the right ear but not the left ear

That is normal. It will play music in stereo but when you've got a call it would switch to the right ear only . Once the call is done and is back to playing music, it'll go back to playing using both ears.

I love the sound quality but the pieces fall out regardless of which bud I use. Do you have any accessories or solutions to help keep them firmly in or on my ear? Perhaps a that can loop around the two of them that I can use to hold around my neck?
