While unit is powered on press Volume + and Surround button at the same time for 5 seconds.
This should remove all programming in the BOOSTTV. After doing so, test and retry the learning procedure. If none of these work, please submit a case at JBL.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.
