I HAVE AN OLDER ON STATGE WITH A REMOTE.  HOW DO I  CHANGE THE BATTERY in the remote?    DO I HAVE TO  REMOVE THE VERY TINY SCREWS (3 |). WHAT SIZE BATTERY DOES IT TAKE? CAN I DOWN LOAD A MANUEL?

Asked by: BILL C
You need turn the remote over. On the bottom of the remote is the battery compartment/holder. When looking at the battery holder, on the left side is a little lever. You need to push that little lever in toward the center and pull the battery holder out.

is the jbl on stage - 200 Id compatible with iphone 5c

Asked by: lucky1
The ON STAGE 400P utilizes the 30 pin connector for the iPhone 4S to the 1st gen iPhone. The iPhone 5 to 6S plus utilizes the lightning pin connector, if you would like to connect your 5C to the dock you would need a converter cable from 30 pin to lightning pin connection. However, for audio, you can connect the phone via AUX connection with no problems.

Asked by: Boogirl
The closest speaker we’ve got for a JBL On Stage 400P is a JBL OnTime 200P. You can have this one checked out on this page by clicking on the Home Audio tab then click on the Wireless and Docks.
