Rated 5 out of 5 by from very happy We bought 2 of this product, one for me and one for my husband. We cought black friday sale. We are both extremely happy with it. We were concerned watching and reading the reviews that it had a plastic-like appearance, but it does not have that. Both black and white colors look nice and expensive. It is tight enough to use while running, doing yoga etc. The only problem I can mention is it gives too much sound outside when you listen to something loudly, but it does not bother us too much. Overall I highly recommend!

The sound from the left speaker is much stronger than from the right one. Is there a way to fix the sound balance (equalizer)?

Yes they work. Just plug in the jack onto your Xbox controller and they should work just fine. No need for workarounds

I just got this headset. I'm charging them via my desktop but when I slide the "on" switch, the headphones won't turn on. They work with the audio cable connected. Without the cable the on switch doesn't work and there's no blue light.

Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. It sounds like the E55BT is not holding a charge. Please try to plug in at an alternate power source. If the issue persists, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html for information regarding your warranty options, thank you!

Hi I just bought E55BT and it does not connect to my apple watch Series 2 It says " Make sure jbl is turned on, in range, and is ready to pair " . All are done but still doesn't work. Does anyone know how should I connect it ? Thanks

Asked by: Khashayar
The JBL E55BT should be able to connect directly to your Apple Watch to play music. To do this – 1 - Put your headphones in Discovery mode. While the JBL E55BT is on, press and hold the Bluetooth button for more than 10 seconds. The light indicator should start flashing blue. The JBL E55BT is now on pairing mode. 2 - Open the Settings app on Apple Watch. 3 - Tap Bluetooth. 4 - Select the JBL E55BT. The apple watch is an extension of the iPhone. If the primary audio content is coming from the phone, the watch and headset will only work if they are within a certain distance of the iPhone. If you are having issues with this, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.
